We are pleased to announce the CANVAS Spring School, organized by the International Centre for Cancer Vaccine Science (ICCVS) as a part of the CANVAS (Enhancing Cancer Vaccine Science for New Therapy Pathways) project carried out by the International Centre for Cancer Vaccine Science at the University of Gdańsk (ICCVS UG),
University of Rome Tor Vergata, French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission, and the Polish biotech start-up RealResearch. Young researchers of the CANVAS partners will gather together to attend lectures, discuss science, and participate in workshops.
The CANVAS Spring School will take place in Hotel Orle, Sobieszewo / Gdańsk during 27.03-30.03.2023.
Interested in attending lectures?
The lectures during the second (28.03) and the third day (29.03) of the Spring School are open to all interested researchers (registration required Link – places for attendance of lectures will be distributed on “first come, first served” basis) . Non-CANVAS PhD student, but eager to attend the School?
As a part of the cooperation between the universities of Gdańsk within Fahrenheit Union (Gdańsk University of Technology, Medical University of Gdańsk, and the University of Gdańsk) in the region we cordially invite 2 PhD students from each of the FarU universities to present their research at the CANVAS Spring School. The successful applicants will be invited for the whole duration of the Spring School, provided accommodation at the hotel, and will give poster presentations during the poster session. Applicants are requested to fill in the registration form and provide the abstract of their poster presentation no later than 23:59 10.03.2023 (Link). Selected applicants will be notified by email on 13.03.2023.
The CANVAS project funded by the European Commission within the Horizon Europe programme aims to significantly increase the scientific potential and gain new research tools that will contribute to the progress of research on cell therapy of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.
