Steering Committee – The coordinator and each partner has delegated one representative to the project Steering Committee.
Project Coordinator – The coordinating institution is the University of Gdańsk (UG) with the International Centre for Cancer Vaccine Science (ICCVS). The CANVAS project coordinator is Prof Natalia Marek-Trzonkowska who oversees the management of the consortium, including coordination of communication with the consortium partners as well as function as the main contact person for the European Commission. She is responsible for the overall scientific supervision of work packages and works closely together with the CANVAS project manager, Izabela Raszczyk, and the members of the project management team.
Advisory Board – The Advisory Board is composed of representatives of international research institutions other than the consortium partners. Their task is to advise the consortium on the project implementation. The interdependencies between the participating institutions and management procedures have been defined in the CANVAS consortium agreement.
